Terms and conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a ticket or claim a prize. You are responsible for making sure raffles are legal where you live.

We can refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we believe it breaks these terms, the law, or a raffle's rules.

Buyers sign in with a one-time link sent to their email. Admins and some sellers also have a password. Keep access to your email and password private, because anything done after signing in with them is treated as done by you.

Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Prices and bundles are shown on each raffle page. At checkout you can add an optional donation and, for card payments, choose to cover the card processing fee. The total is shown before you pay.

• Card: processed by Authorize.net. Your tickets are issued as soon as the payment is approved.
• Venmo: your tickets are reserved, then issued once a USTPA volunteer matches your payment. Orders that are not paid within 7 days are released.
• Cash or check: given to a USTPA member, who records the sale. Tickets are issued when the sale is recorded.

A ticket is entered in a drawing only if it is paid and issued before that drawing starts. Each ticket has a unique number, and the emailed PDF is your copy. The ticket record in our system decides ownership, not possession of the PDF.

Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

All ticket sales are final, with these exceptions:

• If a raffle is cancelled, every paid order is refunded in full, including donations and fees.
• If you are charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that was never issued, we refund the extra charge.
• If we cancel your order under these terms, we refund it in full.

Card refunds go back to the card you used and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Venmo, cash and check refunds are paid back by the same method where possible. A refunded ticket is removed from all future drawings.

Drawings follow the official rules and the schedule on each raffle page. Every drawing publishes the data needed to check it, so anyone can confirm the result.

If a drawing is affected by a technical error, by a ticket that should not have been eligible, or by circumstances outside our control, USTPA may cancel and redo that drawing. We will post the reason on the raffle page. Otherwise, published results are final.

We may change a drawing date for good reason, such as weather or an event schedule change. Changes are posted on the raffle page, and ticket holders are emailed.

Winners are emailed at the address on the order and must claim the prize through the link in that email before the deadline it states. A prize that is not claimed in time goes to the next alternate.

Prizes are awarded as described and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the raffle says otherwise. If a prize becomes unavailable, USTPA may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for all taxes. Prizes that must be reported to the IRS require a completed Form W-9 before they are released, and some cash prizes are subject to federal withholding, as the official rules describe.

We ship prizes within the United States or arrange pickup. Once a shipped prize is handed to the carrier, delivery delays are outside our control, but we will help with any claim.

Approved sellers are USTPA members who volunteer to sell tickets. Oklahoma law requires raffles to be run by members without pay, so sellers receive no commission, salary or other compensation for selling.

• Record every cash or check sale in your seller dashboard the same day, and turn the money over to USTPA as instructed.
• Give buyers accurate information about the raffle, the prizes and the price. Do not promise anything the official rules do not.
• Do not sell to anyone under 18, or to anyone you know lives where raffles are not allowed.

USTPA can suspend a seller account at any time. Sales already recorded stay valid.

Do not try to interfere with the site, the drawings or other people's orders. That includes automated buying, probing for security holes, using stolen payment details, and trying to predict or influence drawing results. We will cancel affected orders and may report them to the authorities.

The USTPA name, logo and the content on this site belong to USTPA. You may share links and screenshots of raffle pages to promote a raffle.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as is. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages, email filters that block our messages, or delays at payment providers.

To the extent the law allows, USTPA's total responsibility for any claim related to a raffle is limited to the amount you paid for the tickets involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute that cannot be worked out by contacting us will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect tickets bought before the change unless the law requires it.
